Dear All,

we are most pleased to share that we have successfully carried out the launch and first round of our WeFruits distribution with a total of 10,000 fruits (red apples) distributed to over 30 dormitories across Singapore on National Day 2021. Our migrant friends were excited and heartened to receive the fruits, while employers, dorm operators and the relevant authorities were supportive. We look forward to continuing to create awareness on the same with our migrant brothers, their bosses, as well as the food vendors – so as to change mindsets and generate the will to have more balanced meals for our migrant friends.

We have so far incurred $5864.67 for this first round of distribution on 9th Aug, and intend to use the remaining monies for a second round of distribution later in August.
