About the chef – Charlotte Mei
A nutritionist by training, and a self-taught cook, Charlotte Mei is a food-geek and all-round advocate of sustainable living. She has hosted food programmes such as Crave on Channel 5, and helmed a radio podcast on food-related topics on 93.8FM. She shares her passion for cooking and nutrition on her online channel TheCharlotteMei, where she shares simple, fuss-free recipes that make cooking more approachable for all.

Date: Saturday, 14th March, 2020
Time: Cooking begins at 10:30, followed by lunch at 1pm
Venue: Bosch Experience Centre, 11 Bishan St 21, #04-02, Bosch Building, Singapore 573943
Cost: $80 per person, cooking will be done in pairs.
