About Jamiyah Halfway House (Darul Islah)
Jamiyah Halfway House serves as a centre for rehabilitation of drug abusers to lead a new life before they are released and reintegrated back to the society.
We are the main liaison point with the residents for Moving Forward. It will provide the training venue and ensure that the physical infrastructure is in order: classroom, storage, etc., and select the residents to attend.
EG is a Singapore-based non-profit organisation that connects vulnerable communities through engineering and technology solutions. As a ‘charity for charities’, EG serves over 200 social service agencies in Singapore. We support persons with disabilities (PWDs), low-income families, and other disadvantaged groups.
For Moving Forward, EG will plan the syllabus, conduct the training programme and provide the trainers, training materials, laptops, etc.
