Ray of Hope has been updated by Thiam Hock’s mum that her son has returned to Singapore last week. She told us that she has paid $8,000 to the Korean hospital last week before they discharged her son. He has since flown back to Singapore, and is currently in a local hospital. He has also applied for assistance on his medical bills. He has since undergone numerous tests since his admission last Thursday, and is currently awaiting for advice on when he can be discharged to home care. Thiam Hock’s mum will also keep the case workers posted on his local medical bills and the estimated expenses for his upcoming physiotherapy sessions once the information has been made available to the family.
