The fund, for female students from modest economic backgrounds, currently enrolled in ITE, Polytechnics and Universities*, will help close the distance to their dreams of a future in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The EC WinSTEM Bursary will support the ambitions of female students from modest income backgrounds to create a better future for themselves as graduates of STEM, who will in turn be contributing significantly to Singapore’s development.
* ITE College Central, East and West; Nanyang, Ngee Ann, Republic, Singapore and Temasek Polytechnics; Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
