THIS AGREEMENT is made on 16 October 2025
Between
RAY OF HOPE ( UEN No. 201229333H) a Registered Charity, Institution of a Public Character (IPC) & full member of National Council of Social Service with its address at 11 Prinsep Link, Singapore 187949 (hereinafter referred to as “ROH”)
And
QUANTEDGE FOUNDATION (SINGAPORE) LTD (Reg No. 201532866G), a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character,
whose registered office is at 23 Church Street, #15-01, Singapore 049481 (“QFS”)
(collectively the “Parties” and each a “Party”).

WHEREAS:
1. QFS has established a fund (the “Fund”) and is working with selected Social Service Offices under the Ministry of Social and Family Development as listed in Annex A (“SSOs”) for the purpose of supporting beneficiaries. This may take the form of direct fund disbursement to beneficiaries, or payments to vendors and service providers on behalf of said beneficiaries.
2. QFS would like to engage an external organization, ROH, to disburse monies from the Fund in a three-month pilot project (the “Project’), and ROH would like to provide such disbursement services to QFS in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Agreement”)
