Meet Ansar, a dedicated father of four school-going children. At 50 years old, he recently suffered a spinal fracture that has left him unable to work, adding strain to his family’s already challenging financial situation.

During this difficult time, their washing machine broke down, making it even harder for the family to keep up with the basic need for clean clothes, especially for the children.

After years of struggling with increasing lower back pain due to his work as a security officer, Ansar’s condition reached a critical point. His determination to provide for his family led him to tough through the pain, using painkillers and topical plasters to cope. However, a routine visit to his community gym and chiropractor turned into a nightmare when he found himself immobilized by excruciating pain. Urgent investigations revealed fractures in his lumbar spine, narrowly avoiding the risk of paralysis.

Being the reliable provider he is, Ansar has always been vehemently independent, ensuring his family has a roof over their heads and food on the table. However, life threw yet another curveball when their vital washing machine broke down. Despite their best efforts, using pay-per-use machines every 4 days and hauling wet clothes home to dry became a daunting routine, especially with Ansar’s physical limitations and loss of income.
