3. NEW: Families who do not have seniors/elderly in household

Criteria for RoH community members:

1. Community members who have regularly attended RoH’s community events
2. Individuals / families with limited community / family support
3. Has a senior in each of these households

Name: Jasmine Loh Wen Ting

Brief background: A single mother of two young children faces significant challenges. Her older child has global developmental delay (GDD) and epilepsy, requiring constant care and daily medication. The child is non-verbal, and limited school hours combined with a lack of childcare options make it nearly impossible for the mother to work. Despite this, and without support from the children’s father, she is actively pursuing upskilling opportunities. Although she lives with her siblings, their relationship is strained, and because she lives in a purchased flat, she is ineligible for SSO support.
