CAMPAIGN STORY

The Singapore-Sri Lanka Business Association (SLBA) has partnered Ray of Hope (ROH), a registered crowdfunding platform in Singapore, in order to help raise funds that will be utilised to procure much needed covid related medical equipment that will help save lives in Sri Lanka. 100% of all funds raised will go towards the project. The equipment will be purchased in Singapore by ROH on behalf of the SLBA. In addition, Lanka Lions Cricket Club in Singapore and Pimp My Tuk Tuk (PMTT) have also partnered the SLBA to support the fundraising efforts.

Remaining funds to go towards current campaign

Our fundraising efforts are saving lives

Project Virya management, through SLBA Secretary brought to our notice the critical situation at Karapitiya teaching hospital in Gall without essential medical supplies required to operate Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) machine. Project Virya is a project running in aid of Galle Extracorporeal Life Support Association (GELSA) of  Sri Lanka.……

    Dear Friends, We have now received the confirmation of receipt of the equipment from the Ministry of Health on July 9 in Sri Lanka as per attached letter with a commitment to deploy the items across 16 Intermediate Care Centres (ICC) / Hospitals across the entire country this……
