→ 12 April:
While working as a private hire driver, Mr. Kasrin experienced double vision. He pulled over to rest, then continued driving for the rest of the day. Nearing home, he rested again and called his daughter, Aini, to bring him food and accompany him home. He then rested for the night.
→ 13 April:
Feeling unwell again the next morning, he decided to walk into the polyclinic and was referred to the hospital. His family then took him to Alexandra Hospital, where he was admitted.
→ 14 April:
After undergoing various tests, Mr. Kasrin was informed he likely experienced a mild stroke. An MRI confirmed a small clot on the left side of his head, impeding blood flow.
→ 18 April:
Before discharge, he was checked and then experienced abdominal pain, leading to a suspicion of appendicitis. He was discharged home with pain medication, and an MC until his follow-up on May 7th with Neurology. He was certified unfit for driving pending results from the follow-up. Mr. Kasrin decided to terminate his contract for car rental and paid an early termination penalty of $150.

Follow-up for appendicitis.
→ 24 June:
Proceed with appendix removal op if agreeable. [Potential risk: Stroke or heart attack due to General Anaesthesia] and he will be on MC for 1–2 months, depending on post-op/complications.
