What happened to Errinawaty?

Errinawaty is a single mother to her 2 children, aged 2 and 5 months respectively. Her focus and priority has always been on the well-being of her children, leading her to devote most of her time to their care. While that has not changed, she feels ready to start working in hopes of being financially self-reliant to provide the best for her children. To acquire better job opportunities and salary, she has been attending a patient service associate course in preparation to seek employment. 

While she is aiming for immediate employment upon completing the course, Errinawaty worries about the likelihood that she might not be successful in securing a job as promptly as she would like. She shares that she has already been prepared during the course briefing that while there are job opportunities, post-attendance employment is not guaranteed. This makes Errinawaty worry that during this period, she would be unable to provide enough for her children.

Just 22 years old, Errinawaty struggles as a single-mother to her two children. In spite of this, she is determined to give them the best. Having made care-arrangements for both of them, she is ready for a fresh start as she prepares to transition from a full-time caregiver to a working mother.
