Following from the success of our Festive Care 2022 initiative, which saw over 120 OrangeTee property agents raise more than $18,000 for Care Pack Hampers that were distributed to 500 households, OrangeTee is pleased to launch a similar initiative this year.
Shared blessings and celebrating the spirit of giving is synonymous during this festive month. Moreover, at a time when cost of living is increasing, collaborative efforts between the private and people sectors complement the government’s efforts to help the underserved among us.
OrangeTee will once again collaborate with interfaith non-profit organisation Roses of Peace. Our charity partner this year is Ray of Hope — Singapore’s only crowdfunding charity which is also an institution of public character. Ray of Hope will identify households in our community who would benefit from this support.
Campaign flag-off
On Sunday 16th April at 2pm, OrangeTee agents will flag-off this initiative at Heartbeat@Bedok and deliver 1,000 Care Pack Hampers to underserved families identified by Ray of Hope. The Guest-of-Honour will be Mr. Tan Kiat How, with representatives from Roses of Peace and Ray of Hope.
How will the funds be used?
Your donation will go towards the purchase of Care Pack Hampers, valued at $40Â each, which contain essential food items, including rice, salt, sugar, and other items.
Who are the recipients and beneficiaries of the Care Pack Hampers?
Underserved households across Singapore, as identified by Ray of Hope.
Will my donation be tax deductible?
Yes. Ray of Hope will issue tax deductible receipts (TDRs) for donations of $50 and above to this campaign.
