Madam Suraidah and her husband both suffer from various health conditions and are no longer working. They were receiving SSO support which has since expired at the end of 2019.

Madam Suraidah suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She is on constant medical review and needs to visit an eye specialist frequently at the same time. He husband recently suffered a stroke and was warded at Changi General Hospital. Her husband is unable to move on his own and is unable to manage his daily activities without assistance.
