As a young boy of 11 years old, Sok Heng has undergone a very traumatic period in his life following his accident with a cement truck and amputation of his leg. During that time, his father also left the family. His future as a handicapped person is uncertain in Cambodia. At his young age, he also needs to further his education and improve his ability for daily living.
