As a young boy of 11 years old, Sok Heng has undergone a very traumatic period in his life following his accident with a cement truck and amputation of his leg. During that time, his father also left the family. His future as a handicapped person is uncertain in Cambodia. At his young age, he also needs to further his education and improve his ability for daily living. Sok Heng has been receiving care and support from his mother and grandparents, who work with Operation Mobilisation Cambodia. Since the amputation of his leg, Sok Heng is now at home and attends therapy. There are plans to make a prosthetic leg for him.
