In loving memory of Annie Ong, I (Eileen) have started this campaign together with her daughter, Nikol, to honour someone so full of love and kindness. She was an amazing mum, a dear friend of almost a decade, and she’s deeply missed every day.
Dear Family and Friends,
If you had known Annie, you would know that Annie was someone whose kindness never needed a spotlight, her heart always found a way to light up the lives of so many. Annie gave so much of herself to the community, volunteering alongside her family with Ray of Hope. She was either packing groceries, supporting families, or spreading joy in simple, thoughtful ways.
To honour Annie, I am launching this campaign with her daughter, Nikol to carry on the good she started.
This fundraiser will support:
Children’s Day Gifts for 48 children – because Annie believed in bringing joy to children, especially those from low-income families.
Ray of Hope’s mission – helping families in crisis, elderly living alone, and migrant workers — causes Annie believed in deeply.If Annie ever made you smile, inspired you, or showed up when you needed someone, we hope you’ll join us in continuing her kindness.

We’re hoping to raise $4,800 for 48 children with Children’s Day gifts ($100 per child) with gifts for Children’s Day, with deliveries planned for October.
In addition, we’re also hoping to raise a little more (an additional 20% amounting to $960) to support the work that Ray of Hope continues to do — something that meant a lot to Annie.
