Ray of Hope will be processing the first disbursement of $1000 to Mdm Sulia this week. Mdm Sulia is thankful for the donations that have come through to her family during this tough period, as she has been struggling with the caregiving duties to their 4 children, including her 12-year-old special needs girl and newborn child.
