Behind every migrant worker in Singapore is a family he supports; the loss of income due to COVID-19 also adversely affects families back in their hometowns. This fundraiser is part of a plea from Billal Khan, whose friends and family from his village and the adjacent villages require urgent aid. Many of these families are also unable to find work. 

All funds received will go directly to Billal who will send 100% of them home, where his family will help to distribute them. Donations will help villagers with expenses such as food and house rental. Photos will be taken and sent back if donors would like to see where their funds are going to. 

Billal and his brother are both working in Singapore. Billal is an active member of his community in Singapore, often helping non-profit groups with initiatives such as care pack distributions.
