ROH 11TH Year celebrations

We absorb costs to do community outreach, verification and casework intervention because we firmly believe it is essential to preserve the sanctity of giving. And yet, it masks the genuine challenges and complexities of sustaining Ray of Hope. Our expenses far outstrip the funds we receive. The bad times are when we are needed most, and consequently, we need more funds to support our outreach initiatives, case management, and operating costs. As we continue to do the best we can for the communities we serve, we ask you to support our mission of uplifting the community together. We need your support for us to continue verifying real needs on the ground and help those who fall through the cracks. This series of 11th year celebrations will be to raise funds to continue the good work Ray of Hope is doing. Ray of Hope have made many milestones for beneficiaries over the years. This year, it will be celebrating its 11th year in the social service field, helping and lifting up the ones left behind in the community. Ray of Hope will be celebrating its work and beneficiaries through this campaign. Our 11th year celebrations will be a series of fundraising events and this campaign will be the umbrella fundraiser and we will add up all of the mini fundraisers towards this fundraising goal.

As part of our 11th Year celebrations, we will be running a few fundraising events. One of them is a walkathon in November 2023. The other may also be another walkathon in January 2024. We may also throughout the year, have partners who could start fundraising campaigns for our celebrations and the proceeds will also go towards our 11th year celebrations. These may include folks who use their birthday to gather support, or use sports to fundraise for us.
