Paving Pathways is how Impart empowers youths-facing-adversity to become assets to their communities and the social service sector.

Here, youths-facing-adversity are trained to become Youth Advocates. And then even further! Successful youth interns are given a chance for an expedited track towards becoming a social service professional through a sponsored Work-Study Diploma.

Our work brings development to the doorsteps of youths-facing-adversity, with a long view towards community connectedness and intergenerational engagement.
