2. Main target: Elderly with limited financial resources, i.e. isolated, not receiving support from children
3. NEW: Families who do not have seniors/elderly in household

Criteria for RoH community members:

1. Community members who have regularly attended RoH’s community events
2. Individuals / families with limited community / family support
3. Has a senior in each of these households

Brief background: Client is a single mum with quadruplets. Her eldest son had passed on, and she is supporting her three other children aged 26 (two of them attend special needs school for cerebral palsy and are wheelchair-bound and on diapers). and one has slightly impaired motor skills.

The biological father of the children rarely visits them and does not provide for the family financially. Client has a helper to help care for the children while she is at work.
