Her husband, working as a cleaner, became the sole breadwinner for a household of seven, earning just $1,360 monthly. The relentless demands of caregiving, coupled with the emotional strain of witnessing her grandmothers’ decline, weigh heavily on Fina, causing significant physical and emotional stress.
