Since we started GenLab Collective in 2021, we have worked with close to 200 seniors and youths through our intergenerational programmes and activities.

At GenLab Collective, we believe in fostering intergenerational rapport through quality and in-depth interactions. With the rising ageing population and growing social disconnect between the younger and older generations, we believe it is important to build empathy and mutual understanding across generations. By doing so, we hope to build holistic community support for our seniors to age actively and gracefully.

We focus on co-creation and leverage the design thinking methodology for our intergenerational programmes. We also partner educational institutions to conduct training workshops on intergenerational communication and connecting or befriending with seniors on various fronts.
