Ms U and Mr V are a married couple in their 30s living in a transition shelter. They currently rely on SSO financial support to get by as they are both unable to work due to medical conditions. Ms U has diabetes and diabetic-related conditions such as an abscess that required surgery. She visits the polyclinic daily for her wound dressing and follow up.
