Ray of Hope has made the final disbursement of $530 to Ms Renuga. With this, the funds have been fully disbursed to her.

Ms Renuga wants to thank the donors for supporting her and her late mum. The support that came through for them had meant a lot to them, especially when caregiving also made it challenging for the sole caregiver to seek employment.

Ms Renuga updated the caseworkers that she has recently started working at a food stall near her place. She is happy to be working again, and the assistance that she received from Ray of Hope made her feel supported and that she is not alone.

Our caseworkers was updated by her that her mother had passed away at the hospital on 21 August after suffering from an infection. Our thoughts are with Ms Renuga during this very difficult period. Ms Renuga shared that she is immensely thankful for the financial support from Ray of Hope throughout the past few months, and she plans to return to work eventually.
