In the fast-paced chaos of life, some battles are fought silently, yet their impact is profound. ADHD is not just a diagnosis; it’s a daily challenge faced by an estimated 5% of Singaporeans. Imagine navigating a world that often feels too fast, too demanding, and too overwhelming. An estimated 88% of ADHDers in Singapore also have co-occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety.
At Unlocking ADHD, we’re doing what we can to empower and uplift ADHDers and their families. With your support so far, we have created a FREE RESTART ADHD Starter Kit that comes with a self-assessment test, published a groundbreaking study on ADHDers in Singapore and organised community engagement events.
With your continued support, we want to:
• Run peer support programs that offer a safe environment, fostering growth and self-esteem for ADHD youth and adults.
• Develop and roll out workshops and group coaching to support ADHDers and their families to equip themselves to manage life better through executive functioning and emotional regulation.
• Organize accessible events for educators, mental health professionals, and the public on ADHD in Singapore.
• Print hard copies of our RESTART ADHD Starter Kit to distribute to clinics, schools and corporations.
Every donation made is also eligible for Tote Board matching of up to 2x the impact which means that your support will go further to help transform lives of ADHDers to help them reach their full potential.
