Following from the successful Christmas campaign which raised $5,000 for food hampers, vouchers and gifts for 8 families (16 adults and 21 children), the Swiss Club is partnering Ray of Hope throughout 2022 to support children in need of financial assistance!

We are pleased to launch the Swiss Club Piggy Bank, a crowdfunding campaign to ensure that the children have basic necessities such as nutritious food, milk formula, diapers and education during their most formative years of development.

Ray of Hope’s caseworkers work closely with social workers and support agencies to verify that the families’ needs are genuine, and …

Ray of Hope’s caseworkers work closely with social workers and support agencies to verify that the families’ needs are genuine, and that the funds will go towards the children’s expenses. 100% of the donations raised through this campaign will be disbursed to the children’s parent(s) or caregiver(s) on a regular basis, via Ray of Hope, which is a registered charity and member of the National Council of Social Service. Ray of Hope does not take a cut for overheads.

Donating to the Swiss Club Piggy Bank will help children in difficult circumstances by covering expenses, for example:

School fees for Anne‘s son
Food, milk and diapers for Pearlyn‘s children
Milk and diapers for Ridhwan’s children
Milk and diapers for Devi’s children

Volunteer with us!

In addition to raising funds to support the children, you can look forward to 3 community service events in 2022 to celebrate Easter, Swiss National Day and Christmas with the Ray of Hope community! A call for volunteers will be sent out closer to the dates.
