1. Community members who have regularly attended RoH’s community events
2. Individuals / families with limited community / family support
3. Has a senior in each of these households

Brief background: A mother of two (ages 13 and 10, the elder with ASD, intellectual disability, and speech delay), she also has a heart condition. Her medication causes severe side effects (palpitations, headaches, sweats, fatigue, hair loss), hindering her ability to care for her children, especially her son with special needs, while her husband works as a private hire driver. She works part-time from home as an admin assistant. Past medical bills accrued due to her previous non-citizen status (she recently received PR).
