Mdm Wong is one of the recipients of the Hong Bao for Hope campaign and the case workers recently caught up with her to pass her the cheque. Ah ma was beaming with joy when she saw us and thanked us for helping her family. Financially, her family is still struggling with their household expenses. Nonetheless, Mdm Wong and her daughter are grateful for this extra funds raised that would be used for the family’s groceries expenses! Ah ma’s grandson is also doing well in the baking course that he has recently taken up and his health is improving too! We are definitely heartened to hear that things are slowly picking up for the family of 3!
